Media auto-fix
Automatic format conversion and compression.
ReBrandOS fixes common media problems automatically on import, so a folder of phone photos and clips becomes publish-ready without manual conversion.
What gets fixed
- HEIC / HEIF / TIFF / BMP images → JPG. iPhone photos just work.
- MOV / MKV / AVI / WebM video → MP4 (H.264 + AAC). Cheap remux where possible, full re-encode when the codec needs it (HEVC/H.265, HDR).
- Oversize media → compressed to the platform’s limit.
You’ll see it coming
In the review step, each post shows blue auto-fix notes — e.g. “HEIC will be converted to JPG”, “clip.mov will be transcoded to MP4”. Native, in-spec files (MP4/H.264, JPG/PNG under the size cap) pass through untouched.
Auto-fix runs on the Bulk import path and is part of Bulk Studio. Each conversion uses a small amount of your monthly credit allowance.
