Agency getting started
Add client brands, connect each client’s accounts, connect your AI, and send your first client review link.
Run every client from one workspace. Each client is a brand with its own brand book and accounts; your team writes in Claude or ChatGPT; clients approve by link; ReBrandOS publishes what was approved and shares a report with the client.
1. Add your client brands
Add one brand per client under Brands. Give each one its brand book: voice, audience, colours, fonts, templates, words to avoid and client names that must never appear. You can fill it in, ask your AI to create it from facts you approve, or run the free brand test for the client and bring the playbook in. See Brand kit, voice and rules.
2. Connect each client’s accounts
Under Connections, connect each of the client’s accounts with that network’s own sign-in, then assign the account to the client’s brand and turn Publishing on. See Connecting accounts.
3. Connect your AI
Add the connector to Claude or ChatGPT. On the consent page, allow all brands or only the client brands this connection should reach. Then name the client in the chat:
Switch to Saltbird Kitchen’s brand book and draft next week’s five posts.
Saltbird Kitchen is a fictional client. Your AI reads that client’s brand book before it writes.
4. Turn on client approval
Open the client’s brand under Brands and, under Client approval, turn on Require client approval before publishing. Owners and admins can change it. From then on, a draft for that brand can’t be scheduled or published until the client approves its exact content.
5. Send review links
In Content, open Drafts, select drafts of one brand and choose Send for client review. Add the client’s name and email if you like, and choose how long the link works. Or ask your AI to send the drafts for approval. See Client approvals.
6. Share client reports
In Analytics, choose the client’s brand and Share report with client. The client gets a read-only report of the last 7, 30 or 90 days. You can also email the client a fresh report link every month. See Client reports.
7. Add your agency name and logo
Under Settings → General → Client pages, set your agency name and upload a logo. Owners and admins can change it. Clients see them on review and report links.
Your team
Invite your team under Settings → Members. Roles decide what each person can do, and you can limit a member to the client brands you grant them.
