Instagram & Facebook

Connect Meta accounts and Pages.

Instagram and Facebook connect together through Meta. You sign in once, then choose the Pages and Instagram accounts you want to publish to.

Before you start

  • Your Instagram account needs to be a Business or Creator account. In the Instagram app, open Settings, then Account type, and switch if it isn’t already.
  • It needs to be linked to a Facebook Page you manage — for example, the Nova Coffee Page linked to @novacoffee.

How to connect

  1. Open Connections and choose Instagram / Facebook.
  2. Sign in to Meta and tick the Pages you want to grant — for example, Nova Coffee and Drift Studio.
  3. Approve the content permissions, then come back to ReBrandOS.
  4. Each Page and its Instagram account show up as connected accounts. Assign them to a brand and turn Publishing on.
Don’t see one of your Pages?
Meta sometimes drops a Page when you reconnect. Connect again and make sure the Page (for example, Nova Coffee) is ticked on the Meta permission screen.
