Client approvals

Send clients a no-login link to approve, comment on or reject posts, and publish only what they approved.

Send a client one link to the drafts you want them to check. They approve, ask for changes or reject each post on any device, without an account. When the brand requires client approval, nothing publishes until the client approves the exact post.

Send drafts for review

  • In the app: in Content → Drafts, select drafts of one brand and choose Send for client review.
  • From your AI: ask it to send the drafts to the client for approval. It uses create_review_link once and gives you the link.

One link holds up to 50 drafts of one brand. Add the client’s email and ReBrandOS emails them the link; otherwise copy it and send it yourself. Each link is new: sending again makes another link.

What the client sees

  • Your agency name and logo, if you set them in Settings → General → Client pages.
  • Each post with its copy and media, as it would publish.
  • Three choices per post: approve, ask for changes (with a comment saying what to change) or reject, with an optional comment.

How long a link works

A review link works for 14 days unless you choose another length, up to 60 days. After that the client sees that the link has expired; send a new one. To stop a link sooner, open the draft and choose Turn off review link.

Require approval before publishing

Open the brand under Brands and turn on Require client approval before publishing (owners and admins). With it on:

  • A draft can’t be scheduled or published until the client approves it.
  • The approval covers the exact copy and media the client saw. If you edit the post afterwards, it shows as Edited after client approval and needs a new review.
  • You still approve the schedule itself, in the chat or in the app.

With it off, you can still send review links and read the client’s answers; they just don’t block publishing.

Read the client’s feedback

Each draft shows its client status and every decision and comment in its Client review panel. In the chat, ask your AI what the client said: it reads the decisions with get_review_status and list_review_comments, proposes the edits, and sends edited posts back for a new review.
