Approve and schedule from chat

How the approve-and-schedule card works.

When your AI asks ReBrandOS to schedule, it first creates a plan. ReBrandOS shows that plan back to you as an approve-and-schedule card in the chat.

What the card shows

  • Brand and Where: the brand, the connected account and the network.
  • When: the time you asked for, with its time zone.
  • Format: post, carousel, story and so on, with the number of media items.
  • The caption exactly as it will publish.

Approve or change

Choose Approve and schedule to commit that exact plan, or Change something to keep talking. A plan expires if you do not act on it, and the card says when.

Nothing changes after your yes
Your approval covers the exact plan you saw. If the post or plan changes afterwards, nothing is committed and your AI must ask again.

Several posts at once

Your AI can plan a batch and ask for one approval of the whole batch. The same rule applies: if anything in the batch changes after you approve, nothing is committed.

After approval

Scheduled posts appear in your ReBrandOS calendar, and you can ask your AI for their publishing status at any time.
