Refund policy
Refunds, cancellations and your free trial.
You can ask for a full refund within 3 days of any subscription charge. After that, payments are non-refundable. Here’s how it works and how to ask.

Summary
- You can ask for a full refund of a subscription charge within 3 days (72 hours) of the charge. After 3 days, payments are non-refundable.
- Solo and Starter include a 3-day free trial. A card is required to start it, and you are not charged during it. When the trial ends, your card is charged automatically unless you cancel before then.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the trial or of the period you have already paid for.
Free trial
- The Solo and Starter plans include a 3-day free trial. You enter a payment card when you start it, and you are not charged during the trial.
- Before you add your card, we show the plan, the price and the date of the first charge, and you confirm that you understand you will be charged on that date unless you cancel before then. We keep a record of that confirmation.
- When the trial ends, your subscription starts and your card is charged automatically for the first billing period, then again at each renewal until you cancel.
- To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends, from Billing in your workspace or through the billing portal. You keep access until the trial ends, and nothing is charged. We email you about 24 hours before the trial ends with the amount and the date.
- Growth and Enterprise do not include a free trial.
Refunds within 3 days
- You may request a full refund of a subscription charge within 3 days (72 hours) of the time it was made. This applies to the first charge after your free trial ends, to your first charge when you start a paid plan without a trial, and to every renewal charge after it, monthly or annual, including add-ons such as Bulk Studio.
- A request is on time if we receive it within 72 hours of the charge time shown on your receipt, even if we process the refund later.
- When we refund a charge in full, the subscription period it paid for is cancelled and access to paid features for that period ends.
After 3 days
- After the 3-day window, payments are non-refundable.
- We do not give refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, unused brands, seats, credits or other allowances, or for downgrading or cancelling part-way through a period.
- Annual plans follow the same rule: you can request a refund within the first 3 days after the annual charge, and not after that.
Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel at any time from Billing in your workspace, through the billing portal, or by emailing hello@rebrandos.com.
- If you cancel during the free trial, you keep access until the trial ends and you are not charged.
- Cancelling a paid subscription stops future renewals. You keep access to your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
- Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period. If you cancel within 3 days of a charge and want that charge back, request a refund as described below.
Reminders and failed payments
- We email you before every renewal: 7 days before an annual renewal and 3 days before a monthly one, with the amount and the date. We also email you if the card on file expires before the next charge.
- If a payment fails, we email you straight away and again during the following days. Your workspace keeps working for 7 days while you update your payment method. After that it becomes read-only until the payment goes through; cancelling scheduled posts and exporting your data stay available.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@rebrandos.com with the email address on your ReBrandOS account and the date of the charge. Including the amount or the receipt number helps us find it faster.
- Refunds are issued by Fessburn, LLC, the seller, and are paid back to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. We cannot send a refund to a different card or account.
- Once a refund is issued it usually reaches you within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- We will confirm by email when a refund has been issued, or explain why a request is not eligible.
Exceptions
- We may refuse or limit a refund where the account has broken the Terms of service, including the acceptable use rules or the fair-use policy, where we see fraud or abuse of this policy, or where the same customer has asked for refunds repeatedly.
- If we charged you twice for the same thing, or charged you because of a billing error on our side, we will refund the incorrect amount in full, whenever you tell us, regardless of the 3-day window.
Your rights under consumer law
- Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law that applies to you and that cannot be waived by contract. Where such a law gives you a longer or different right to cancel or to be refunded, that law applies.
- For example, consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online contract without giving a reason. If you start with a free trial, the 14 days run from the day you start it. When you start a free trial or a paid subscription, you ask us to begin providing the service immediately. If you withdraw within that 14-day period, we will refund what you paid, less any amount for the service already provided that the law allows us to keep.
- These statutory withdrawal rights apply to consumers. They do not apply to customers buying for a business.
Chargebacks
- If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us at hello@rebrandos.com before disputing it with your bank or card issuer. Most billing problems are resolved faster that way, and a refund from us goes back to the same payment method.
- While a payment dispute is open, we may suspend paid features on the account involved. Opening a dispute does not affect your statutory rights.
Changes to this policy
- We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. A change applies to charges made after the new version takes effect, not to charges made before it.
